Become a member of The South Carolina Crime Victims’ Council

Who can be a member of SCCVC?

Membership in the SCCVC shall be open to any individual committed to addressing the needs of victims.

No qualified applicant shall be refused membership in the SCCVC on the basis of ethnic origin, sex, race, creed, religion, age or presence of a handicap.

Who should be a member of SCCVC?

Anyone who is interested in promoting and protecting the rights of victims of crime, advocating for public policy on behalf of crime victims, ensuring that victim services are provided as effectively and efficiently as possible, or informing the public of available victim services, is invited to join the SCCVC.

What is the cost of membership?

Annual Membership Dues:

  • Individual $25
  • Crime Victim / Survivor No Charge
  • Non-Profit Organization $50
  • Public Agency $100 (Includes 4 individuals in an agency/each additional $25)

SCCVC is funded by donations, contributions, memorials and membership dues.  All gifts are tax deductible. Fees may be waived based on financial hardship.
